ABOUT.


Hi, I'm Bryan Palmer, a sales and marketing expert with nearly 20 years helping over 200 companies. 

I have worked with top brands such as Forbes, Procter and Gamble, Hot Wheels, Puma, Moe's, United Way, and continue my pursuit of the perfect customer and sales experience. 

 

EARLY ON.

I started my sales and marketing career after launching my first online business in his college apartment. After learning the ins and outs and experiencing the highs and lows, the entrepreneurial drive was engrained.  

After college, I worked for a national sporting goods chain helping set up layouts that would deliver a better shopping experience. From there, I transitioned into IT sales serving the public and private sectors and quickly became a top performer. 

I don't consider myself a "sales person" and never really have. Instead, I adapted a selling style and cycle that was more natural while beginning to better use sales and CRM systems to help me to get the results I wanted and hit my quotas each quarter - which I did every time. 

SALES TRAINING.

I launched a marketing company, BrandSpin, in 2011 and quickly grew the business into one that delivered results and ROI better than our clients had seen before, and that business continued to grow and became in demand in many verticals. This was possible due to the unwavering pursuit of delivering the right sales and marketing experiences to customers. 

I began training sales teams for BrandSpin's clients and knew there was a need to expand that offering. My sales training methods and processes are aimed at meeting the customer where they are, when they want it, and in a way that delivers a personalized buying experience. Going against the grain, my focus is not on pressure tactics and sleazy approaches that traditional sales training delivers. Instead, I focus on building value and relationships while staying top of mind with the prospects. 

In 2021, BrandSpin was acquired in a private sale, but I kept the naming rights. After a stint in healthcare helping a company experience 33% growth, I decided to relaunch BrandSpin as well as create Palmer Sales Training to continue my mission and serve the passion for working with amazing brands around the globe.
